Is the present maximum temperature of 100.4 the absolute maximum or can that be adjusted?A
The preset temperature can be adjusted as the minimum temperature of 68 degrees, with the maximum at 140 degrees.

Will this diverter allow the two outlets to run water at the same time?A
Unfortunately, any 2 way diverters provided by Remer are not able to have two components on at the same time; they will only be capable of running from one outlet at a time. To have two independent systems, you could certainly purchase two single diverters; each diverter would control the water function on each product. We recommend speaking with your plumber/installer first to ensure that this would work with your bathroom application.
