The shower head should be connected to the bottom connection of the diverter, which is the first connection. The default setting will be the shower head and then the button will divert the water to the handheld.?
Can you purchase a longer shower arm separately that will be compatible with this system (ie 16 inch)?A
Yes, you can opt to upgrade the 12" arm to the 16" arm; when you are ready to place your order, please contact our customer service by phone so we may manually adjust your order to the desired shower arm, and any associated upgrade charges.?
