| This was the first time purchasing from The Bath Outlet and we were a bit apprehensive as we do not normally order products online. The shower/sink faucets arrived promptly, however, there was an item missing and another was damaged. We followed the process and called the company for replacements and Maureen was extremely apologetic and assisted us immediately. We returned the damaged item which was no trouble at all using the prepaid FedEx slip they emailed to us. We received the 2 parts today, within 3 days of placing the call! Everything purchased looks as wonderful as it did in the pictures and we cannot wait for the install to begin. |

When it turns on the handheld shower activates first, there is nothing in the installation manual that shows how activate shower head first?A
Unfortunately, it sounds that the shower system was installed improperly, as in our Installation Guide, the overhead shower should be the main outlet, with the handheld being the secondary. If installed the proper way, the shower head will activate first and there will no longer be pressure issues.?
is this a Thermostatic system?A
No, this is not a thermostatic system. A similar thermostatic system would be the Remer SFH35.?
Does the hand held have a pause button?A
The hand held does not have a pause button. Only one outlet will be able to run at a time. If you wish to pause the handheld,, the shower can be turned off or switched back to the overhead shower.?
Does it come with the valves?A
This shower system includes the necessary hardware and will include the rough in valve and trim; it will connect with existing plumbing to fully install the shower.
