?
Can anyone tell me about the 4 function handshower? Is the water forceful like in an old fashion Waterpik hand held massager? Is the 8" rain shower head more powerful than the 10"?A
The 4 function hand shower features the following spray patterns: Wide, Massage, Gentle Aerated, Soft Aerated. Water flow on rain shower heads are generally not pressured, since it dispenses gently like "rain", though the smaller diameter rain heads will have tiny more pressured than larger diameter rain heads since the outlets are lesser.?
Question 1 - Do I need a separate shower valve with this unit. Question 2 - Is the hand held plastic or metal?A
This unit comes with it's own rough in valve, pictured with the W09 diverter. The hand held in this set is an ABS plastic.

can I order a different diverter so that I can use the Rain head and hand shower together?A
Unfortunately, all diverters we carry will only allow one outlet to run at one time and cannot run simultaneously.?

Unfortunately, only one outlet can run at a time and it cannot function simultaneously.
