Why is the handheld the one that comes on and the shower head comes on when switched?A
The overhead shower head should be installed as the primary outlet, and the handheld should be installed as the secondary outlet. Unfortunately, if the handheld was installed as the primary outlet, this has been installed improperly.

What is Gallons per minute rate for this shower system?A
The gpm for this system is 1.75 gpm.?
Can not the shower head and hand held be used simultaneously?A
Unfortunately, only allow one outlet can run at a time and it cannot function simultaneously.
