| Great follow-thru! We have purchase several fixtures through Bath Outlet over the past few months. Deliveries were quick and hassle free. One of the rain fall shower heads failed because of a fractured fitting between the shower arm and shower head. I had had everything installed by licensed plumbers so I did not believe it was a faulty installation. I emailed the service people with my dilemma over a weekend. First thing Monday I received a response asking for a little more clarification and a photo of the offending part. I did this and was told a replacement would be sent out ASAP. Wonderful service. Thanks. |

| After purchasing a Chinese product elsewhere and then reading the horrifying reviews, I quickly returned it and went with Italian Made. I sleep so much better now knowing my shower is safe from disaster, works like only Italian products can, and looks gorgeous. |

What is on the first: shower head or handle?A
The first item that should turn on when the diverter is activated is the shower head; the button will then divert to the handheld when pushed in.?
Can both head and hand showers operate at the same time?A
Unfortunately, only one water outlet can run at a time and cannot work simultaneously.?
Can the shower head be tilted at an angle instead of straight down.A
Yes, the shower head features a ball joint so it has the capability to tilt.?
Does the handheld bracket/holder swivel or just go up and down?A
The handheld bracket will slide up and down the rail, it will not have the capability to swivel.?
Does it come with mixer valve?A
This set includes the D09 diverter, which also includes the rough in valve.
