| Arrived on schedule. Have not yet installed the shower system but overall it looks nice. The handheld piece is larger than what I expected and disappointed the bar system seems to be made of plastic. Hopefully it will hold up. |

Does the plumber need any additional parts for installation ?A
This shower system includes the necessary hardware and will include the rough in valve and trim; it will connect with existing plumbing to fully install the shower.?
I just recently had this same system installed. The diverter is set to turn the handheld on first. Then I can switch to the shower head, but to switch back to the handheld I have to turn the water off. Is this installed incorrectly or is this how the product was made?A
Yes, this is installed incorrectly as the shower head should activate first. The plumbing connections need to be reversed, so when turned on the shower head activates first and the diverter button will direct the water to the handheld when pressed.?
Can you operate both shower heads simultaniously?A
Unfortunately, any 2 way diverters provided by Remer are not able to have two components on at the same time; they will only be capable of running from one outlet at a time. To have two independent systems, you could certainly purchase two single diverters; each diverter would control the water function on each product. We recommend speaking with your plumber/installer first to ensure that this would work with your bathroom application.

Yes, this product will feature some ABS plastic attributes parts in the shower head, handheld shower, and slide rail. Many manufacturers use ABS materials in their shower systems as it provides durability and resistance while in a shower environment.?
Can the hand held be located on a different wall than the rain shower (I assume the plumbing can be installed as such, correct?)A
This will be solely dependent on your behind the wall plumbing set up.
