| Sinks arrived on time, nice quality . One downside, they do not described on the product info how thick is the lip for undermount, requiring a special mounting bracket not sold on their web page . |

| I was amazed. I mistakenly ordered 4 sinks instead of 2. The previous day I put two in my basket and forgot they were there. The next day I added two more and when I paid I noticed I paid for 4 of them. It was a Sunday. I called and left a message on a recorder but never thought they would hear it. When I called them first thing Monday morning they had already herd the message, refunded me for the extra two sinks and shipped only 2 sinks as I requested. They were on the ball right away. Good stuff. Very trustworthy. I highly recommend these people. |

what does it mean, no hole configuration? no drain hole?A
No hole is referring to the faucet hole; the faucet would be installed into the countertop or in the wall. There will be a drain hole.?
What are inside dimensions of basinA
The inner basin measurement is 23.5" L x 14.1" W x 4.7" D.?
Is there any reason this cannot be flipped so that the sink hole is not that obviously visible?A
We have had customers do this in the past whom preferred to be the overflow on the opposite end.?
Is the top rim glazed? I'd like to undermount it but have a 1/4 " of the sink show.A
It would be recommended to purchase the Scarabeo 5131, which is the same model but can be done as either drop in or undermount version as all their rims are finished. The undermount mounting materials would need to be specially requested to be included with the sink.
