| Great Customer Service! I've purchased multiple times from thebathoutlet.com and merchandise has been as advertised and intact. A single item was back-ordered and I was given the option to wait a fairly lengthy time (approximately three weeks after initial shipment) or change/cancel my order. I was willing to wait. Unfortunately, when the cabinet arrived the UPS box was crushed on the outside and the item damaged. All the return instructions were packed with the item and the return was effortless. I sent pictures of both the damaged item and the exterior crating. A customer service representative followed up with multiple emails and alerted me to yet another delay on the manufacturer's end. Again, I was willing to wait and assured that the item would be carefully prepared to ship from their warehouse when it was available. The replacement cabinet arrived in perfect condition. It was nice to have the same customer service representative follow my order from start to finish (delays, returns, more delays and finally receipt of product). This was only one item of a multi-product order. Everything else arrived on time in perfect condition and as advertised. |

is additional support brackets needed?A
This sink does not need a bracket to be wall-mounted. The materials to hang the sink on the wall are wall mounted bolts, please see attached photo for visual representation of the materials. Brackets can be purchased at a local hardware store for additional support if you would prefer, however, the installation materials included with this sink will be able to support it with no issues.

Unfortunately, we do not carry the faucet shown in the stock photo as it is a manufacturer stock photo. However, the most similar product we offer is the Remer AU11USNL-NO.?
Is the sink bed completely flat or is there a slight angle to drainage?A
The basin will have a slight angle to ensure the water drains in the sink.?
What is the best way to clean this sink? We like the look but see a lot of water stainsA
The finish on the sink does require standard maintenance and cleaning due to its matte finish. However, the manufacturer designed the finish to be able to remove any water marks or scratches, with only a toilet bowl cleaner and scotch sponge solution. A video can be forwarded for your reference of this general cleaning maintenance.
