Yes, though the sink is manufactured in Italy, it has all US standard plumbing sizes; the drain is standard 1.25".?
I see that the bottom of the sink will fit flat On the inside of the sink is it sloped towards the drain or completely flat so the water will just sit thereA

This is a vessel sink so it rests atop a counter top; the only hole required is for the drain which is 1.8" wide.?

A waterfall faucet would work fine with this sink. The faucet will either have to be counter mounted or wall mounted, as there is no decker faucet hole on this styled sink.?
