| I have ordered many things from The bath outlet recently. We transformed 2 bathrooms this past winter and needed everything from towel hooks/bars, soap dispensers to waste cans. We have received many of the items and have liked a great majority of them ( a few returns mainly due to just not liking the item in the space). The products, customer service and returns have been amazing. I will continue to shop with them whenever I have bath needs. |

How does this secure to the glass?A
This will secure to the glass with a screw with a screw that is used to install one of the hooks on. The screw can be tightened to the glass, and will feature a rubber stopper on the end to ensure the glass is protected. Please see attached photo for visual of these pieces.

How do I install this? It came with 2 circular sticky pads? Where do they go?A
The sticky pads go in between the product and the glass you will be installing the hook on. The product then features a screw to then secure the hook firmer in place. ?
what size frameless glass will the opening fit onto? I have 1/2inch glass. Will this fit?A
This hook will fit doors a maximum of 3/8" thick.?
Will this hook hold a bath towel?A
This item is ideally for hand towels. It could work with body bath towels; however, would be dependent on the size and thickness of the body towel. ?
Most applications for a hook like this would be on top of a glass enclosure. Would it work on a side edge of a door-less glass shower glass enclsure?A
Yes, this hook is meant to be installed as pictured on the top of a glass door. Unfortunately, installing this item any other way than manufacturer installation is highly recommended against as there is no guarantee it can hold and would void manufacturer warranty.
