Yes, the product does come with the wall mounting hardware, which will be a set of screws and anchors.?
Can this be mounted so that the dispenser is to the right or left of the holder?A
Unfortunately, this item can only be installed as pictured.?
Can it be mounted to a tile wallA
This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so; it will be mounted via screws. This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile and obtaining any other necessary install materials.
