I bought this item in between a move, so when I decided it wasn't going to work for us the box got set aside for over 2 months. The return policy is clear, if I had read it. Once I found the box again, I called Michael immediately and he said they would still gladly take it back and refund me. Well then...I left the next step to my 19 year old son while I left for vacation. The return never was taken to post office but rather placed in a corner of my garage.
