Can this shelf be mounted in the shower?

This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so. This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile and obtaining any other necessary install materials.

No, the hardware will install directly from the product to the wall. Please see attached photos.

Why don't you make this in different materials like brushed nickel?

Unfortunately, the manufacturer only makes this product in polished chrome. If you are looking for a satin nickel finish, regrettably, the StilHaus 786-36e is the only satin nickel finish train rack we currently offer.
