| we initially purchased these as a substitute for towel hooks but they were too small. instead we installed them on the back of our bathroom door and they are awesome for hanging wet bras and bathing suits. they match our cabinet knobs unlike anything on the market. a win-win. |

| The hook pictured is what I received...however, it was not what I had ordered. The hook I had ordered, which I had previously purchased and liked very much, had been discontinued, and a substitution was made without letting me know. Once I discovered the problem, the communication with TheBathOutlet was professional, courteous, agreeable and genuinely sensitive to the issue. They apologized and were prepared to accept a return of the hooks, which I ultimately decided to keep, and they were gracious in crediting me for the shipping charges.... I am happy with the outcome of the transaction. |
