Does this sink have to be used in a corner?A
No, this sink does not have to be used in a corner. Only the back side is not finished due to the installation as this is the only side that secures the item to the wall.?

The length of that measurement is 7.5".

Unfortunately, this model of sink is only made in the right handed version. However, we have a different manufacturer similarly styled, Caracalla CA4522.
