hello, I am looking for a product that will allow me to have a choice between using a bath spout, shower head and a hand-held shower. Does this product allow for this? Thank youA
Yes, this is a three way diverter to control three outlets like you've mentioned. While this unit controls three units, it cannot operate each simultaneously and only one outlet can run at a time.

Is it possible to buy a different handle for the top part? It is hard to turn, especially for kids with soapy hands. It would be much better if there was a longer handle in place of a little knob. Please help! Thanks!A
Unfortunately, the handle only comes as it is manufactured by Remer. This model features the longest handle they carry.?
Where can I get replacement cartridges?A
Replacement cartridges for this product can be purchased. The diverting cartridge (top), can be purchased at the following link, Remer D523.
The mixing cartridge (bottom), can be purchased at the following link, Remer R50US.

Will this diverter allow the three outlets to run water at the same time?A
Unfortunately, any 3 way diverters provided by Remer are not able to have two or more components on at the same time; they will only be capable of running from one outlet at a time.
