| In August, 2019 I ordered two pairs of relatively expensive shower baskets, and in July, 2020 one of the baskets broke. I contacted customer service expecting to hear the manufacturer either doesn?t have a warranty, or that it expired, but it was quite the opposite. I was asked to send pictures, which I did, and received an immediate response that a new replacement will be shipped. The next morning I received another email confirming my replacement has shipped.
