| Delivered the right product and undamaged - The box the product came in had sustained some damage so I was worried. But when I opened the box there was another box that was 2" smaller all around and was surrounded box spray foam. Nice. No damage and all the parts were there too. | The matte black sink and chrome vanity I ordered was not only in stock but shipped within two days. It was packed extremely well and arrived in perfect condition despite the delivery person handling it a bit rough paying no attention to the fragile do not drop stickers on the box. Prior to completing my purchase on line I called with some questions and the person I spoke with very helpful. My first purchase with the bathoutlet - the whole experience was great - I highly recommend them. And btw, the sink and vanity are beautiful. |
