| I ordered a shower head and accompanying hand shower. After it was 3/4's installed we realized one piece did not work. So we could not return it at this point. The customer service response was excellent - we had the replacement part very quickly (from a company based in Italy no less!) with no hassle and no need to return the malfunctioning piece. HIghly recommend using the Bath Outlet for its great array of fine products as well as outstanding customer service! |

Is there any metal in the 2 shower heads or all ABS?A
The shower head does have a metal ball joint at it's connection to the shower arm, to allow the shower head to pivot. Other than that location, the rest of the shower head and handheld shower are made from ABS.?
Does this shower faucet have an anti-scald setting?A
This item has a pressure balance system, however, does not have an anti-scald system. If you are looking for a diverter with anti-scald, we highly recommend upgrading the diverter to one of our thermostatic diverters.?
What is the price without the mixer trim?A
We do have that configuration available as an option, under the product, Remer DSH02.?
How do you switch from shower head to handheld? Where is the switch?A
The diverter switch is located on the shower arm. By pulling the handle on the shower arm, this will switch between from the shower head to the hand shower.?
Can you have both shower heads running water at the same time?A
Unfortunately, only one water outlet can run at a time and cannot work simultaneously for our diverters.
