Can u screw it into a tiled wall

This product is intended to be mounted into studs into the wall and will come with the necessary mounting materials to do so. This item does have the capability to be installed on tile, however, it is recommended to speak about the install with your contractor prior to understand the risks of drilling into tile and obtaining any other necessary install materials.

How is it attached to the wall, with one or two fasteners?

This will attach via the 2 included screws and is recommended to be installed into studs.
