| I was very pleased with the customer service experience for both buying and returning products I ordered online. I received helpful advice by a knowledgeable employee who assisted me when I was considering which products to order. When a couple of products did not meet my expectations, I called the company and had hassle-free returns. In one case, a towel bar was shipped with the mounting screws in a small baggie but wrapped together so the finish of the bar was slightly damaged. I don't know if that was the manufacturer or not but it was replaced with a perfect one that was properly protected. I sent photos of the problems and then received postage-paid return labels for me to return those items. The replacement items were perfect. One item (a shower stool/laundry basket) I did not reorder because I didn't like the quality. |
