| We were remodeling a house to move into and after much research I ended up using thebathoutlet.com for almost every accessory for the 3 bathrooms. | We ordered a towel bar for our newly remodeled bathroom ahead of completion. Upon opening the package I noticed a small ding in the bar. I emailed customer service about it and followed their instructions to expedite sending a replacement. New bar is in and the wife is happy. Only thing I wish happened faster was shipping. Otherwise, all good. |

What is the spacing from the wall to the first bar and in between the bars?A
From the wall to the first bar is 1.75", and in between the bars is 1.75". Please see attached photo for visual.

Is there a matching TP holder?A
The matching toilet paper holder would be the StilHaus ME11.?
What are the diameters of the bars?A
The thicker first bar is 5/8" thick, while the thinner inner bar is 3/8" thick.?
What is the inner dimensions between the bars?A
The dimension between the two bars is 1.5" x 21.5". Please see attached photo. *Please note: finish shown in photo below may be different than finish selected.

Is this towel bar suitable for installation inside a shower stall where it will get wet?A
Yes, this is made to sustain use in the shower. It will withstand normal moisture and dampness in a bathroom environment; however, it is not meant to be under a direct water influence and is meant to stay overall in a dry area.This is recommended to go into studs but does has the capability to go into tiles. This will dependent on the skills of the installer.
