| We were remodeling a house to move into and after much research I ended up using thebathoutlet.com for almost every accessory for the 3 bathrooms. The shipping was quick also. I did have to return some items as they didn't end up being exactly right for some of the spaces once we got some of the remodeling done, but it was easy to return those items and purchase the ones that worked better with no problems at all. | We ordered a towel bar for our newly remodeled bathroom ahead of completion. Upon opening the package I noticed a small ding in the bar. I emailed customer service about it and followed their instructions to expedite sending a replacement. New bar is in and the wife is happy. Only thing I wish happened faster was shipping. Otherwise, all good. |
