Can you get this with the faucet to the left side?

Unfortunately, this faucet hole can only be drilled as positioned to the right the photo shown.

Can you provide a back side of the sink? If it is not wall mounted, would you be able to see holes in the back from a reflection of a large mirror behind the sink?

Yes, as this item as pre-drilled holes for wall mount installation, there will be two holes on the back of the sink. Please see attached photo, as the back of the sink would show certain elements if not wall mounted.

What is the recommended drain? The click clack with overflow or without?

This sink would work with the Remer S2077 click clack with overflow.

is the bowl flat or tapered towards the drain?

The bottom of the sink's bowl is flat.

We have a custom made 30 by 15 inch vanity. Will this drop in sink work with my cabinet?

Please see attached photo of the sink's spec. It is recommended to double check with your installer to compare the sink specs against the countertops' for final discretion, but as the sinks width and length are smaller than the countertop size, should work.
