Yes the cartridge can simply be removed from the diverter and purchased here, please see the attached photo for what it looks like.

What is the install measurement for the vavle to stick out of wall for the rough installation?A
There is a window of 2.36" to 1.38" from the finished wall.?
Is this diverter anti-scold?A
This item has a pressure balance system, however, does not have an anti-scald system. If you are looking for a diverter with anti-scald, we highly recommend our thermostatic diverters.
