| From the call I made requesting information about products to receiving the product I decided to order, the Bath Outlet service and ultimate product was excellent. I searched other sites for a free standing towel stand that had a square style and would go with my modern bathroom fixtures and was unable to find what I wanted. The Bath Outlet had a number of nice looking ones and then I called to seek clarification on some of them. The woman I spoke with was pleasant, very knowledgeable and even offered to honor the sale price the following day if I needed more time to decide, even though the sale was ending at midnight that night. After speaking with her, I was easily able to decide on which one would work best for me and so I went ahead and made the purchase. When it arrived, it was packed well, easy to unpack and set up and I immediately knew I had made the right choice. It looks great in my bathroom. The service and product selection at Bath Outlet are top-notch. I would not hesitate to make a purchase from them again and I love this towel stand. If you are considering it, you should go ahead and purchase it. It is of high quality and I am sure will last for years to come. Thank you Bath Outlet. |
